Until I pick up my new Cerbera... cannot wait and the anticipation is getting the better of me.

This will be my fourth but I must admin the most exciting TVR I have ever driven...

Know what your going through Nathan, also had similiar feelings. I flew down to devon from glasgow to pick mine up and drove all the way back up with a grin that would have looked like i was advertising teeth whitening !!! Oh and by the way I've hardly slept a full night since, just want to go for a drive, although dont think the neighbours would approve. Feck them !!! No sense of adventure. He he he .Good luck.

Hey I was quite surprised at the economy of my car, i bought it in cardiff and drove it to newcastle on just over half a tank, worked out at 30mpg, which i thought was quite good. It was when we had the terrible weather so i was sticking to speed limits and under all the way as it was first time i drove it.

I used to get around 25 MPG out of my Chimps and I have got 28 MPG out of my current Impreza which most people are astonished with...

I guess with a clear road and around 75 MPH in top there is no reason why you should not get 30 MPG..

I picked mine up with the gauge reading a quarter of a tank. Had a 75-mile journey home and only just made it to the petrol station. Didn't know then what I know now about no reserve! Good job I didn't go too mad in it.

Drive it with too much right foot and you can almost see the gauge dropping.

I did average 12 MPG on one tank in my 5 Litre Chimp once, my brother inlaw used to have a Jag XJR and he got 8 MPG once...
