Strange advert for a Rolls Royce on ebay

I couldn't find this on here and not sure if the right forum but was browsing ebay and found this advert, fair enough I thought until I scrolled down and read through the description, WOW!!

Did you read the bit about Latif Yahia? I can't see ebay allowing that as part of an advert unless their standards have slipped, I had a sale pulled the other day for a description duplication, jeez, I was describing something, I can't help it if it's the same as something else sold on ebay, it's a description!!
