Jim thats fox news, as a warning of accuracy I once appeared on Fox news after 7/7 bombins here. I was on holiday in Springfield at the time and they took my quote about the feeling on the street being it was the French in retaliation for us winning the Olympics.
Perhaps, but the "Times of India", as well as other news outlets reported it as well. Famous Graham said:
I've often wondered about the opinion of Fox in the US actually. Stiggy's post is somewhat representative of the (educated) British opinion of that channel - utter bilge - but I'm curious as to whether that is echoed in those of the US populous that have a brain.
at least Fox dont air Nancy Graceany updates on her trial by media of the Florida woman Jim?
Although they lean right, it is a welcome relief to the rest of the media that leans left and has done so for decades without being countered.
That aside, they do seem to have the main news quicker, more in-depth, and at least invite people with differing views for editorial time.
They have various programs throughout the day news-wise; I am not certain which you may watch or are even offered there.
Standard news aside, their Business network seems to be far better staffed, more informed, and not always fatalists.

So what upside are they giving you on the Dow Jim?Edited by Jimbeaux on Friday 10th October 04:03
"In business news the Dow continues it's recent slow decline as investors continued to take profits, Smith & Wesson and Heinz were todays only winners as Americans continued to stock up in readiness for the the upcoming open season on bankers and Fed execs"
Let's hope that the majority of Lehmans trades that are due to be settled nett out or we're going to see exactly what a catastrophic market crash looks like. Some of the darker predictors out there are now calling DJI at 4000 - and whilst I can't get my head round that, these people have been 100% more accurate in their predictions over the last 3-4 weeks than the Bernankes and Paulsons of this world.
Coming back to Fox, it will be a pivotal moment when they become critical of the current regime. In the UK we have Sky and the Newscorp owned newspapers starting to become more hostile to Labour than they have been for a long time. Rupert Murdoch will not sit back and watch the destruction of wealth on this scale without having something to say on the matter.

It's considered by some to be ultra right wing (Generally by those who are fervently critical of the current administration). As a general rule it's considered to be a bit right wing, but curiously, during the last election, it was shown that Fox was the only network to give roughly the same amount of coverage to the Kerry campaign as they did to the Bush campaign. The other mainstream news sources gave Kerry close to double the coverage that they gave Bush.Durruti said:
