Timing Belt ?

How often should it be changed on the S1 Elise?
Should it be done every so often regardless of miles or is it something that only needs to be changed after a certain amount of miles?

It used to be every 5 years but I'm sure Lotus revised this down to every 4.

Mine was last changed in 2005 & has covered 25k. Maybe i should be thinking about changing it before to long.
