So, we appear to be in the middle of another TVR SSS (TVR saga sleeping stint).

After the high profile taster for the upcoming Sagaris II launch, everyone has scuttled back into hibernation.

Did those men in black actually exist and did that green Sagaris actually take solid form or was it a photoshop ?

For a company supposedly being resurrected, they sure know how to keep the public on the edge of their seats with anticipation and progress updates! rolleyes

maybe the management read what we wrote in reponse to this proposed re-launch and decided the sag mk II was not such a hot idea after all.

While the possibility of an official re-launch has diverted everyone's attention, hasn't somebody been (quite legitimately) combining Tuscan Challenge chassis with Sagaris bodies and Chevy LS engines under there own name? I forget the details, but I think road going cars this company are making start at about the same as the last factory cars.

Perhaps they have taken the customer comments on board and have gone back to work on it..

and a delay for the credit crunch - as no one is buying anyway.

Yeah, I saw that advert.

Anybody know how many deposits were placed ? My guess would be not many, if any at all.

Yes they have, but race and track cars only, not road legal. 'Blackpool Motor Company' or 'GTF'. The former now I think

I could have sworn I saw an ad in Sprint that mentioned road legal cars. Through the SVA (as per kit cars) I presume, but still...

Give them a call and see what they say. I suspect customers could SVA their own cars.

Mine is a fabulous race car, stunningly quick, but it would be a nightmare to drive on the road.

And what about the long await/in depth TVR management interview to be featured in SPRINT ????
You know the one that answered all our questions on warranties, where it would be built etc.
And was it really Mike Mille's car, the main TVR Belgian Dealer, except he was told it was RED. whistle
