Golden Age of the V8 Around the Corner?
Discussion
So, after losing £1k on the stock market in less than a week I'm in need of cheering up.
So, according to www.oil-price.net/ the black stuff is now below $80. Okay the exchange rate is pretty poor for us, but surely this can't be bad news at all.
Looks like I'll be hanging on to the V8 as a daily driver
Local supermarket now has motion lotion at 102.9p.

Is that for premium?
Just normal UL.
Indeed, 95 octane. Which is premium. 97/98/99 etc would be 'super'. The filler cap says premium unleaded, so it gets 95 octane (the manual also says as much). I don't believe in the V-power makes your car faster and farts smell of roses thing
This car seems to be more about quantity of fuel than quality!
One of the benefits of living near Liverpool is that there's a sodding great refinery nearby and so we tend to have some of the cheapest fuel in the country
