Hi there,

Does anyone have an e-mail address or contact number for the press officer for the AMOC. I am trying to organise a media pass so I can shoot this event next weekend, but everytime I send an e-mail I don't get a reply.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Tim

Loved Sicily. Its where we got engaged. The road to Erice is fun. Bring warm clothing- its always very cold up there. We approached from the west, and left heading east, so got two different roads. Try and find the Targa Florio route as well....

Autosport yesterday announced that the March Plant V8 will be racing, driven by Anthony reid.

I know there is more then one Marsh plant V8, but this is THE Marsh plant V8, ex-Silver dream racer...

Very exciting, as I havent seen this car race since 1996

fantastic day. And we saw the competition debut of the caparo. Started last, finished 4th with the CEO at the wheel. Very impressive. And Anthonr reid in the marsh plant V8. Wow!

Hi there,

Its actually better than that, the Caparo finished 3rd. A podium on its first time out in a race what a result.

Full results here: -

Car looked stunning and as you would expect I took loads of pics, here are a couple: -

I also took loads of pics of the other cars inc the GTR700R and the Marsh Plant V8 will post a link when I have done them.

Had a great (if cold and windy!) day at Donington Park today, watching the final rounds of the AMOC Racing season. A big thank you to fellow AMOC Area 3 member for some superb hospitality, as well as my own local AM dealer, Stratstone of Derby.

Here are a small selection of my shots from today ... my first attempt at shooting motor sport since the late 80s! smile

Some great shots there, it is nice to see that David Elis is still in the Aston, I loved watching him race, easecially at Mallory Park.

Great shots Steve - spot on panning.

They look much better here than they do in the AMOC report.

There's a selection of shots, some better than others, here for those who are interested. It was a bit dark by the end of the day though ...

Cheers for the comments! I'm still not sure about the look and I may not use the technique again unless I am in a high vantage point - unfortunately I didn't have access to any of the upper level areas in the hospitality.

As for the AMOC report, it may be because I supplied the ones for the report as 400 pixels wide and I think they were reduced in size by someone else when they were added to the report.
