How do you go about posting a photo from either a website or from a hard drive stored image? A simple step by step would be appreciated

The photo has to exist somewhere on the internet, you can't put up a photo direct from your PC. It must be uploaded to a website/webspace somewhere. There are plently of free picture hosting websites knocking around. Sure someone will post them below.

To quote someone or make up a quote, type [ quote=someone]something[/quote ] - (again take the spaces out)
