I think this is this the appropriate forum for this, apologies if not. Was just wandering what people use to remove minor scratches from cars? Have tried Auto Glym Paint Renovator along with Auto Glym Super Resin Polish but to no avail. Anyone have any better suggestions as I'd prefer not to spend all my money on trialling every product going!

There's a detailing section. How deep are the scratches, can you feel them?

Bugger - apologies then and I'm not sure if/how I can move this post but welcome the mods to do so! They're not too deep. The usual you expect on a 6 year old car but there is one mark where it looks like it's had bird dripping on it for a while which has melted the paint a bit.

Autoglym SRP 'hides' a number of shallow clearcoat scratches temporarily as does Bilt Hamber Auto Balm.
To remove any remaining bird lime....it may well be time if you have not tried claying the car to do so....then borrow a machine polisher, ie Megs G220 and using a decent polish plus waxes go over the spot again and again.

SRP as stated is a filler type product which will mask (to a small extent) the scratches and marks but is not failsafe nor will it last.
There are a wide range of products out there (sadly) and what works for you will be trial and error. Vehicle make/model, application by hand/machine etc all play a part.
Menzerna do a wide range, as do 3M and both have a big trade following but most are applied by machine ie rotary or random orbit polishers.
For a great wealth of information (and too much to repeat here!) I recommend taking a look at www.detailingworld.co.uk

Best wishes

Sounds like a machine polish may sort it out.
