Bar room dull chat the other night and someone was talking about some guy who to avoid speeding fines simply finds the same make/model and copies their reg number.
My point is this. How do you stand in court when asked to name the driver you honestly deny all knowledge - doesn't this seem to validate the innocent until proven guilty basis for law?
