Bulk purchase new hardtops from OPC £1500 to 1800

Hiya i am in process of negotiating a Bulk purchase of Porsche Boxster Hardtops.


I have posted same message in porsche club forum and boxa.net

There are two options to get it painted by porsche Germany or get a unpainted one and paint it yourself


firstly the already painted ones this could take 8 weeks as Germany will have topaint for you

So far cheapest from a OPC it is 1800 with 2 years warranty and all labour in fitting. Plus VAT




Independents best i have been quoted is 1600 so far. but this does not include the fitting.



now for price of unpainted ones

One OPC is offering unpainted ones for 1100 plus VAT. they have no facilities to paint. I am working out bulk discount cost to paint etc and this could be around 1500 plus Vat

Most Hardtops second hand go for 1000 so seems like a ggod deal. If we can get enough numbers i might be able to get the price below 1000. This might be a quicker option painting it yourself.
