I am looking out for a table top dishwasher, is it possible to get one that doesn't need to be plugged into the mains water?

I don't think so - they need to be plumbed in somehow.

Expect the obvious jokes

Absolutely. Does the OP want to supply it via a bucket?

hehe

by table top is assume you want a small dish washer?

I think you can adapt them to plug into the tap if plumbing isn't your Forté.

I guess so, unless some of them have tanks or something, I guess plugging it into a tap will bea nice and easy.

How do you know?

Surely that can be done in the sink anyway?

Yeah, but when you wash them by hand the blood really stains the skin; much better chucked into the dishwasher: much higher temperature and more thorough washing. Gives you time to get rid of the bodies whilst the 'tools' are getting cleaned too.
