Puma 1.7 engine needed

My sister in laws 1.7 Puma's engine has gone pop and is apparently beyond repair and the mechanic reckons it would be easier to source another one.
If anyone knows of one anywhere can you let me know.
Ideally it will be down south as the car is in Southampton.
