If you have PCM plus telephone module in your car, you can get a dual SIM card from Vodafone for £7 per month, but you need to be on "multiSIM tariff" and cross network calls are not included in your bundled calls. Sounds like the usual mobile phone rip-off, "nothing for something". No change there!
