dont know if anyone can help, i picked up a 58 plate ml320 last month and i,ve noticed that below 30 miles an hour one of the spotlights comes on when turning , turning right and the right one comes, likewise when turning left left comes on , they go off if you straighten up or go over 30

anyway ive checked the manual but cant see how to de acicvate this function, just says fitted with turning lights..... anyone know? its annoying me !

I always think it looks like the car has a blown bulb when i see Mercs with that function..!! Looks very wierd. Does it actually provide a significant amount of additional illumination..??

They certainly help with my GL when driving down the dark country lanes to home.

Not sure it can be turned off ... would suggest that if it can it will be a dealer reprogramming job of some sort.

Comes with the xenon headlights. Don't think it can be disabled.
Its a pain if theres good street lighting, useful if there isn't.

Atleast it goes disables once you go over slow speeds. The Range Rover Sport that I have as a courtesy car ath the moment seems to have the same feature at 40mph!
