Help! EFI fault

Hi all,

Just noticed on starting my T350 i get EFI fault come up for less than a second! anyone know what this is? anything to worry about? other than this the car is fine.

Which EFI fault..? I have about 4 different ones.

I keep missing it, its not on the screen for long enough, could it be 4?

If its 4 - then ignore it. I get that and TBH there isnt a fault code 4.
Another TVR quirk.

Bung the car on the laptop and clear the fault, you will be fine.

Electronic Fault Indicator IIRC

Oh ok, get it to a service centre, they will plug in the car to the laptop running the software that sets up the cars and clear any faults.

I seem to get a few EFI faults since picking up my car in March but haven`t actually had any since getting my car serviced a month ago.

I always noticed a hesitation when it flashed up (albiet u normally only heard the slight "beep" and the odd time u would get to see the EFI Fault on the screen) - occured any point from idle, crusing to acceleration in my case.

You sometimes get an EFI error for low oil pressure on start up which lasts less than a second it is nothing to worry about its just the sensor taking its time to read correctly. If you are worryied get it down to a service centre to check it out but from my experience its something or nothing most of the time. Mine only does this from time to time if it does it everytime it might be worth getting it looked at?

I get this from time to time, flashes up very quick, you almost miss it.

Spoke to Dreadnought when the car was getting sensors changed over, told it was common, nothing to worry about

I get "low oil pressure" and the odd "EFi fault" regularly on start up, if they stay on you have a problem, its just a case of TADTS.

I've had EFI fault code 4, quiet alot. I was told it could be the lamba's or lamba that need changing. Also if the cars running and you disconnect the air flow sensor on the air intake manifold it will give you EFI fault code 4. Plugging it back in will return the screen back to normal.

Surely it can't just be a 'means nothing code'

Thanks all, it seems to be intermittent and only on for a nano second, so i'll just keep an eye on it...
