Dont know. there's an enquiry form you can use on their website, but the site is quite out of date (as in never updated) so whether the form works or not i have no idea.

Just like to say thanks to Matt.
I bought SP12's last year and unfortunately kirbed my front offside here in Germany when someone cut me up while trying to take a photo.
Just had the damaged front tyre replaced and the balance is still perfect and so only superficial damage to the SP12.
