My 'digital' one (made of special digital metal you see) was about £130 fitted.

A previous attempt to buy one from B&Q and put it in the loft was largely ineffective.

A TV Aerial ( please note spelling) install on a house will cost from £75 to £150 depending on degree of difficulty and work involved. If you want it split off to lots of rooms with extra cabling then start adding to that.

Take a walk around your local streets, see what direction aerials are facing, together with their position/height on the property. The consider what obstruction any aerial will have to overcome, is your property in a dip or surrounded by tall buildings/flats etc. etc., then have a chat to neighbours with no visible sign of an aerial. My home’s aerial is placed in the loft, and cost me £75 to “set up”, but when my daughter visits, she uses her plug into the mains aerial, and gets a very decent picture.
