Tricks you played on people on Halloween.

Following on from another thread, I thought it might be interesting to find out the kind of tricks you played on people, on Halloween, when you were younger.


Some of my best ones were:-

Wrapping some dogst up in newspaper then setting it alight on the doorstep, just before ringing the bell and running like hell. Once at a safe distance it was great fun to watch the unsuspecting householder stamping the fire out in their slippers.

Getting a drawing pin and taping it to the door bell, again followed by the quick retreat and observation manoeuvre, as the poor sods started to press the door bell to stop it from ringing.

When we was kids we used to play knock out gnomes ( knock out ginger with a twist) really funny when there is a load of you doing it
The basic idea is you knock on the door instead of legging it you all sit down and pretend to be gnomes most people used to see the funny side of it

My mate had a mask - thing cost around £60 and was fking ace

Used to knock or peoples doors and just stood there

used to give them the sts when he stood there for 20 minutes at a time
