Betting on shares going down and ethics

I know a ftse listed company that shares have gone from say 1200 to 200 and I think they are going to go to 100 or lower into receivership/insolvancy can you punt on them and if so where.....

Ethics is this the thing that started it all off ????

Any of the spread bet companies such as Cantor, IG, CMC etc etc

You won't have such a problem with the ethics when you do your bks on your first trade.
