Does anyone know where I can get an otrcai which runs with the maf. I am replacing the cam with an Ls hot cam and Roger, (Monkfish) recommends I keep the maf for various reasons, if not I will use a Growler Y pipe cai which incorporates the maf sensor. I have sent an email to Russo, but they have yet to reply, any ideas..............Chris.

One like this but for an Ls2 would be great.........

Good man. Rich is the expert on this, I don't know of an over the radiator version which will give you enough room to get the maf in.

Mate, that cam should have a great lopey idle.

The HSV one will work (If you can get it), but its a restriction, at least on the 427 according to the guys in Oz who have done dyno testing with it.
Retention of the MAF should not lose any power, but gives you less choice with an otrcai which do add power. Try the Orssom VE intake which I think might handle a MAF http://www.otrcai.com/index.cfm?PageId=7 These guys might know anyway.
Otherwise do some searching on ls1.com.au I think Ive seen some with MAF on them still.

Whats your goals with the hotcam? ~380rwhp?

Yep here you go dude, same as the link above, nice stock look to it. MAF retained frown

Apparently works even better if you trim some of the cover back, see here http://www.chipmaster.com.au/ProjectVE_4.html

Cheers Rich, you've come up trumps again, looks like these guys can supply what I need, my goals are a v8 that sounds like a v8! and a little more power but still drivable........380rwp will be nice, wortec headers might be next on the list..
