You know, the guy from BBC2's What to eat Now!

I like him and his food. Next uber chef I believe!

I've been really impressed with his What to Eat Now series. The food looks lovely.

He comes across as a nice bloke, who seems to know what he's talking about. Far preferable to most TV "Chefs" such as that prize winning pr*ck Gary Rhodes.

So far i've been very impressed by him as well

actually seems to care about the food & where it comes from & is using ingredients that the normal joe blogs can get hold of easily too

Initially I thought he was a bit of a knob, but I've grown to like him as the series has progressed.

What about the new series of River Cottage - seems to be on a very similar theme?
