Not sure if anyone is likely to be able to help me with this one, but I post in hope.
I recently tried the File/Automate/Create Web Gallery option in Photoshop to create a slide show to be used on my website, which it has done a really good job of.
However, there is one aspect of the slideshow that I would like to change, and just can't work out how to do it. The transition between images at the moment is a fade out to/from white. As the background colour of the page is black, it would be a lot easier on the eye if I could change the transition between images so that it is a fade to/from black.
Amongst the files that PS creates for the slideshow is one called galleryconfig.xml which allows you to tailor a few variables. One of them is called "imagePreloadColor" which is what I assumed was the one that controls the colour between images, but changing the value for this variable has no discernable effect on any aspect of the slideshow.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to make the change I want and, if so, how?
Thanks.
