Writing the perfect CV?

Hey guys, i really need to write a CV, now some of you have got to be involved in HR, and all that good stuff.
Can you give me some good tips i should follow while writing my CV?

I have writers block, and the thoughts of going down the generic route of 'im a hard worker' blah blah blah, sounds crappy!
I need to stand out from the crowd:P so hopefully someone can help.
