Tamora acceleration run

Did a couple of acceleration runs in the Tam on a disused airfield and managed to get it on film if anyone is interested.Used a bit of sympathy for the clutch and tyres, and but hit the red change up light in second around 80mph.

What gearbox & diff you running Tony?

Standard gearbox and 3.73 diff.

Sorry Don just picked this up. It was a typical Granny TVR start to be honest, dialled in around 3000 rpm and feathered the clutch to give some grip, as i said, i was trying to be as sympathetic to the car as possible, and its not much different to your average traffic light GP. Once gripping properly and gettin up to 4500rpm the car really gets into its stride.
