Best piece ofr TV in a long while

Just so refreshing to see bits of America other than theme parks, New York and Miami (though I do visit these)

Given me some food for thought on my next holiday

Do you think the boy who had Kentucky tattooed on his back side knew Stephen was gay when he showed him the tattoo?

its alright i guess, he does seem like a blundering idiot though in some bits. IMO it should be a longer series as he races through the place rather rapidly.

I wondered that too. I had the same wonderings when he was sat next to that young chap plucking the banjo.

That looked like a damage limitation Tat, just a black silhouette shaped like Kentucky, maybe to block out, cover up an embarrasing earlier Tat perhaps??

It's the problem with a lot of these programmes, they seem to be aimed at the ADHD generation who have the attention span of a gnatfrown

LOL

"this is British TV, we encourage bottoms"

Of course we do Stephen, of course we do

Similarly there was some comment about when the horse gets put out to stud, along the lines of he'll get more pussy than you could wish for

To quote his part in Peters friends

"I'm not in the Vagina business"

No, I think they were all 100% oblivious to the fact

Missed the first one, just caught it last night - best thing I've seen on TV for ages. Loved the hot air baloon bit.

I wondered it when he was squashed into the lift cage going down the coal mine.

yes
Rather amusing watching a gent have one too many! hehe

But a it's been a great programme so far. It was shame he didn't drive through the FL Keys. I thought he would at least visit Key West scratchchin

I'm looking forward to the rest of the series, though thumbup

I think the show is great.

He visits lots of interesting places I know little about and shows what is good about America.

I too think this series should be much, much longer.
