Why no Skoda section in the 'Other Marques' bit?
Discussion
At least you got a response. Last time it was mentioned the thread was totally ignored.
And for the record i'd like to see it too. Somewhere with a bit of class as an alterntaive to the Chav-infested hell that certain other Skoda fora have become.
I shall not name & shame

I think it would be best to have just one VAG (vw/audi/seat/skoda) section. Saves having loads of different forums and because modern ones all share the same parts it may be more useful when looking for help on specific problems.
I agree, just one VAG forum, or one each, fairs fair, you can't have one for some, but not others. May I suggest that Lamborghini, Bugatti & Bentley are also put into the VAG forum too

We will look into it, but if we create a forum without there being sufficient demand then we run the risk of creating a slow-moving backwater so we need to look carefully at it before we decide.
It is on the list though, and we will find a space for you somewhere!
lol and they have a Scimitar forum? It is on the list though, and we will find a space for you somewhere!

Great, can't wait for all us Fabia vRS bores to get together and tell how we "Wupped a [insert clearly faster car here]"
There's already an area for that sort of rubbish, it's called www.bri... oh never mind

Given most of those above are members of the biggest dedicated Skoda forum already, why do we need one here? Surely that will just dilute or duplicate the information that is already available?
What are they going to do? Post helpful information or questions here AND there? or migrate from there to here on mass?
Seems like a waste of bandwidth to me.

Maybe they want somewhere that's just about the cars rather than handbags and "post the first pointles load of b
ks that enters your head" type threads

Eh? But you could say that about every marque that has it's own forum on here. There will already be other websites and forums dedicated to those marques anyway. If what you say is valid, then there should be no seperate forums for any marques on PH.Gassing Station | Website Feedback | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
