Doesn't look like half of much to be honest.

Ahh damn shame another casualty....I hate to see TVR's like this.

Chassis not leaving the premises..... I am not bloody surprised its completely f*cked. Thats been a damn heavy impact, the roof is sprung and judging by the angle of the nearside chassis rail I would be concerned about damage to the engine block. The exhaust headers and cats are certainly history and the heater matrix is destroyed. One thing is for sure there is going to be a hell of a lot of gas axing to get the engine out. However, I reckon you would get more than your money back if you break it for spares, but not a whole lot more and will it be worth the hassle and work involved in stripping it in the rain. Good luck to who ever takes it on. Current climate and all I suspect they will end up having to strip it themselves.

Good bit T-Cut should buff that out.

On a serious note: Shame to see another TVR gone to heaven.
