time clock battery

I have system fault 149...clock failed showing when ignition is switched on.I have found this is the time clock failed code.I remember reading somewhere that there is a small remote type battery for the tinme clock,but can't find it,anyone know where it might be?Thanks in advance for any info,Steve.

Its in the Dash ECU, located in the drivers footwell (not sure if this is what Lensey refers to, but i didnt want you to undo the dash as its not there!) CR2032 if memory serves me right. Also you might loose the mileage.

Carefully change the battery whilst still connected in the car to maintain mileage.

Sorry, I forgot its been a while since I changed it, yes its in the Dash ECU in the footwell.
