Shepherd's/cottage pie.
Fry up some mince, peppers, onions and a little bit of seasoned ragu.
Mash some potatos, put on top.
Bit of grated strong cheddar (or very fine grana if you can get it).
Stick in oven till it browns.

Job done!

Proper slow cooked beef casserole with plenty of red wine chucked in. And some smoked bacon.

-You can't ruin it.

-Its one pot cooking so you can advance swiftly to beautiful romantic bumming afterwards without washing up.

-Its heavily meat based so he won't catch ghey. (Nut-roasts wreck marriages).

-The next day's leftover casserole will actually improve in flavour so you can enjoy more bumming if the first round wasn't enough.

Serve it with nice sauteed potatoes and he may even think about you whilst bumming. Thinking about him is optional.

my missus thinks I'm mad eating fish finger sarnies - bloody wimmin.

Go for something still strong on flavour if he's a curry man - steak and ale pie for example. Serve with some spicy wedges.
