Sports exhausts - what differences, how loud and how much?

My T350 has a std exhaust and not having really heard any sports exhausts on these cars I was wandering what ones are available and what the differences in sound are? Especially as I loved the pops and crackles on the overun in my old Chim. The std exhaust kind of gives muted puffs instead.
However, inside the cabin I feel is quite loud enough, especially in a high gear at low revs where it can be very loud and bassy so I don't want much more inner cabin noise.
Any recommendations on which is best and also how much they cost.

When I bought my T350 i had the TVR Power Sports Exhaust which i changed to the standard, that was very loud but the noise on over run was fantastic, and i really miss that however the pay off is that my ears no longer bleed.
If you go to anything sportier you will have to suffer the in cabin noise but the pay off is worth it if you can live with it, if this not an every day car go for it, the only reason i changed is because i use the TIV most days.

The standard exhaust that came on my car with must have been a special super-quiet model, as there was hardly any noise at all! I was desperate for upgrade, but dithered for a while as I was concerned how my neighbours might react at my daily 5.30am departure (it's my only car!). I eventually had a JP fitted, and whilst it's loud when I want it to be, I can pull out of the drive slowly and relatively quietly. Never causes me a problem on a long run either, though if an exhaust is not fitted well it can cause resonance which might be what some are experiencing. I have recently fitted a JP exhaust to my T350. Very happy with the results. I don't think it is much louder at low revs, although it is more bassy. As the revs go up it sounds much better, and a fair bit louder, than the standard item. I wouldn't willingly go back.
Oh and ... many, many pops and bangs on the overrun. It brings out the small child in me.

I decided that the JP/Power pipes would be too loud for me, mainly for the reasons you state. But I wanted something more than the standards. So went for the middle ground of the Blue Flame, and I am not dissapointed. Throwtier (is that a word?) sound, and pops and perhaps gurgles rather than bangs on the over run. The Blueflames come with a removeable muffler, which apparently brings the volume down to similar to standard. To be honest they are bit of paid to put in and out, and but even on long motorway run, they are not too bad at all.

3. As above, but being put through its paces on a hub-dyno. At 4k rpm you can here the exhaust note change so that it screams - its almost like a butterfly/by-pass valve has been opened up. This system is way louder than the JP in 1 above.
