To compliment the BUPA care we offer our staff, I'd like to look at Dental insurance options.
Whilst our NU company policy includes £350 of dental cover, it's obviously nowhere near enough for anything resembling any actual work..

Does anyone have any recommendations for good dental insurance packages?

Looking for full cover, maybe with a small excess.

Thanks

J

The last time I looked Tesco dental insurance was quite good regarding benefits

The major things to take into account after you have got an estimate for your treatment

1 how long do you have to pay premiums before you can claim
2 how long do you have to be a scheme member before you can cancel
3 some policies wont cover certain treatments
4 check the %age you have to pay towards the treatment
5 some dentists offer a discount if you pay up front or join there monthly maintenance schemes

I would always talk to your dentist or the practice manager (they are human) if you are looking into a large amount

Ta.. will pass it to HR to look into.

I dont want a specific practise policy, as my staff live in disperate locations.. just want something like BUPA, but for teeth, so they're covered for anything and everything dental.

Jamie

Denplan do a corporate policy, which I feel is much better product than the personal scheme, also WPA are very good we have a company health plan with them and they do a dental option
