keep having to log in ????

every time i try to post something i have to re log in ? even if i stay on the site i have to keep logging in and i havnt changed any settings and ph is still my home page any ideas ?

Try clearing your cookies, sometimes they get muddled up and cause this problem.

If that doesn't sort it then just let me know.
