Well its been a painful 16 months, loved every minute i've driven the Ro, it's the fact its spent 5 months of that time being repaired...........

Any way shes gone to the dealership in the sky (more likely the Hell) and has been replaced with and angel angel (all be it a real mean Bi*ch ) as I picked up my new Heron White LS3 yesterday. Shes been remapped and is sporting the Wortec system which sounds bloody amazing(even the over run makes me jump if the window is open! yikes ) and she is due back into Picadors for the 122/Clutch to be fitted in about 6 weeks.

I got a really good deal and as usual the guys at Picador were brilliant, just cant wait for the charger now..

I too fell for the charms of the LS3 in white. Cant decide between the Wortec and the new TWR switchable (which I am yet to hear).

Noticed the de-badge. rotate

Noticed the Chrome bonnet insert on Carbon edition but haven't seen it on any others.

I think the Wortec system is definately the nicest sounding, but its a matter of what gives you the biggest grin

lovely colour. I think the set of 20" TWP wheels will look good. Mine has them.
I have the 122 wortec SC on mine with standard clutch. Unless you are planning to do burnouts and fast gear changes on full power stick with the standard clutch. Also yours is new. My car is over a year old and has done 30k miles.

Enjoy!!!

Looks great in white... of course you'll have the Albanians crawling all over it to keep it looking so good (or are they Polish up your way?). Must say the chrome looks pretty good there too!

Another thumbs up from me in white....now my fave colour for the VXR8!

Out of interest, if those exhausts with the kind of joined up twin pipes are Wortec, does that mean that the big single oval pipes on the R8 are TWR's?

Yes the Wortec pipes kind of match the style of the rear lights and the WP are the ovals. IMO the WP pipes look to small for the car ( I know im now bias!)

yes TWP pipes are oval. Dont like that to be honest. Personal choice.....wortec pipes like the design of the rear lights.

I have light smoke tinted windows on mine. Picador use an outfit who did a good job. May as well get it done there when the car goes in for SC.
Mine looks pretty good on red.
