BAck through the haze of sleep my brain remembers there was a 'speed' article on the bbc breakfast new this am, and they (for once) actually said something useful.
The article pointed out that the police wanted to target speeding in specific areas (schools, residential areas etc).
It went on to say that this is a more important thing to do than target motorway drivers, even though a greater %age of people speed on the motorway, its actually less dangereous..
Anyone else see this in more detail, or was I still dreaming???
