Drift cars for track days

I am looking to buy a car for track days and I'm really taken with the S15 Silvia, I've noticed a few for sale that have been set up for drifting and was wondering if a drift car would be suitable for track days, or could the suspension set-up etc be altered easily enough for tracking

It'll be fine, add some rear camber & that is about all you need. S15's are lush on track.
