I'm pondering getting a Leven jump-lead set so that I don't have to rummage about in the footwell of my Chim if the battery dies. Has anybody bought this kit, is it easy to fit (for a non-mechanic type) and is it worth the £70 cost?

My car came with the kit installed. I have used them twice and it was much easier than the usual method of jumping.

Mine had them installed when I bought it and luckily I have not had to use them yet. However after hearing how bloody awkward it is to get to the battery, and how easy it is with the Leven kit I would say that it is £70 well spent.
