Paramol have dihydrocodeine in, which is apparently stronger than normal codeine. May be worth a try

If ever i have bad pain i'll have two solphadine max and two nurofen plus. I know your not supposed to take them together and they do make you a bit sleepy but thats the strongest i've had.

So im going to have another course of laser hair removal and it really really hurts. Im not being a pussy as i do consider myself to have a fairly high tolerance to pain, but last i was climbing up the walls almost.
I took 3 co codemols last time but they didnt really do anything, is there anything off the shelf stronger that i can buy?
I assume you are a woman, as no man would do such a gay thing as lazer hair removal. Are you a woman?

Maybe ask the lazer wielding person what you can do.

Or there is some sort of cream you can rub on to numb the area. I heard of it being used in tattoo shops, like Miami Ink, where they tattoo feet and ankles and rib cages, with not even a flinch.

When I had shingles, I was advised by a chemist that Paramol was the strongest pain killer available without prescription. I certainly found it very good.
