Hi Mods. Lovely job you've done on tidying things up in the classifieds.
One small hitch (and correct me if I'm wrong) but there's currently no E46 M3s on the market at all ? eek

And yet again I've f*cked the title of a thread up (genius)biggrin

They are here: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/list.asp?s=832

There is a bug with IE7 which causes certain links to disappear for certain users. If you resize your browser window it should reappear. Alternatively you can click the 'BMW' link on the left and make your way through that way.

We don't want to break it down too much, as then it will become difficult to read on the main classified page, but you can use the filter tool to show just the adverts with coupe in the title (like this: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/list.asp?s=132&am... )

On the topic of tidying up the classifieds, there seems to be a great number of adverts that are placed in the wrong sections. It makes them much less pleasant to navigate, which is otherwise one of their strong points versus, say, the AutoTrader website. Is there anything that can be done to sort this out?

If you spot any in the wrong category then hit the 'report to administrator' button and we will move them to where they belong.

But everyone won't put that in the title; a hidden ie collapsed but expandable further advanced options would be loved by us more techie users. More the better to be honest (and bearing in mind Autotrader has this and more eg engine size etc on its normal screen they must have done user surveys and accepted the demand ).

We are looking into capturing more data automatically when a car is added which means we will be able to provide a better filter system. We will hopefully have this in place by the end of the year.

Wait, you cleaned up the classifieds and didn't fix the IE7 bug at the same time? How bizarre.

One is a database change, the other is a front end change. Nothing bizarre about that!
