Are they any good...? Just for vacuuming out the car / cleaning up the odd spill etc...?

Had a look at a 12v Electrolux one at £60 or so plus the Dyson ones at £100 - £115.

Looking at the 'decent' ones, not the 5hitters that couldn't suck up a fart.

TIA

Nice, but can't help but think it wouldn't work too well in the car...

We bought a black&decker 7.2v dustbuster from tescomo a few months back when they were on sale for 30quid. Very handy for cleaning up bits and pieces around the house.

FFS be a man and get the DeWalt one that runs on cordless powertool batteries, the only vacuum cleaner that can be bought without looking like a homosexual.

We have a Kone, by Vax.

It's an excellent powerful little hoover and perfect for the car, even use it on the living room floor occasionally. And it also looks really cool plugged in, sitting in a corner somewhere. It lights up in a subtle blue hue when it's plugged in and charging.

It's an absolute bargain at this price, trust me.
