Doubt it.. Citreon and Mazda etc.. get away with what they want.

It's perverse really, but by this logic you can advertise a crap car as being fast/sporty which it clearly isn't, but then take something like the new MGs which (whether they're any good or not) *are* sporty/fast and you're sunk.

So in short, if it's not a fast car, you can advertise it as a fast car, but if it is a fast car, you can't.. brilliant..

I don't know why Subaru are bothering to waste money advertising at all. Any petrolhead interested in a STi will already have read every roadtest and article and know all about the car.
