...can I make a suggestion?
The mods on PH (which functioned really well long before the Drag Racing fora, and would thrive without any of us) have made it known elsewhere that these fora are coming to their attention for all the wrong reasons.
In these emotionally charged times, I would suggest a little self regulation may be in order. There is a number of folks on here who, although I don't always agree with them, express themselves in an intelligent, erudite and open minded fashion.
Then there are the Trolls.
My suggestion, in the short term, is that anyone posting on here who does not have their real name in their Profile, be completely ignored. Whatever drivel they come out with, starve them of the oxygen of attention they deserve. If and when they say something actionable, then of course we should bring it to the attention of the mods who will, I know, deal with it.
For everything else, until they are willing to state their opinions and add their name to them, I will no longer reply to any comments made by anonymous posters.

On behalf of the mods and Haymarket staff involved with this, a bit of self-regulation would be perfect in here. Our chaps have more than enough on their hands as it is, and none of us pretend to know anything about drag racing. Some of the banter here is getting a touch on the nasty side at times though, and whilst we're quite prepared to accept that a couple of individuals are responsible, and will be dealt with if they continue, adopting the moral high ground to idiocy is a great approach! 
Yes,have to admit i dont like posting on here because you have to watch every word ,another point is that i cant seem to make the emocicons ,or whatever they are called work,this is important i think because its the only way the poster can give an indication of how hes trying to say something, I believe we need more forums for us all to chat on but unfortunatly while there are antigonastic people,like nitrofan and to a lesser degree very old fart on here then it will hold it back for the majority who would like to post something......bill felstead
