Advert pulled

I advertised my r8 in the classifieds with pics (premium ad at £7) on friday night. I used the pics the dealer took after they pdi'd it. Just had an email saying the pics weren't of my car, and my ad has been pulled, it asks me to resubmit with new pics. How come there is presumtion of gwrong doing on my part, is this site run by the paypal/ebay team? Do I get a refund, or is it tough luck?

Hi Jon,

I can't access the admin tools from home, but we'll have a look first thing in the morning. We've had a few scammers of late, so it is possible that your ad has been pulled in error. We'll reinstate it, and you'll obviously get the full period of your original ad despite the time off the site.

Jon - if you've been a member for 60 months, how come you were charged £7? They should be FOC for existing forum members; did you login with another account?

I run my ads from my home email, I just thought you'd started charging everyone. bugger.

I've dropped you an email which should sort everything out, but the general gist is that your advert is back on, your classified account is now linked with your members account (so you will get free premium adverts in future) and we have refunded the charge for your R8 advert
