Come on, hagglers, Omega Seamaster Chrono..

Have recently fallen in love with an Omega Seamaster Chrono, which I've been window-visiting on a regular basis. I'm a Breitling wearer most days, but I'm in love with this.

It's listed (here in the US) for $3400, but in current climes, I'd assume I wouldn't be paying full price.. How much would you low-ball, with a view to it being raised to an agreeable price?

Ps. IWC Portugal, what does that retail at?

I was in Goldsmiths the other day and without even trying I managed to get £300 knocked off a £2000 Speedmaster. Compare this to 18 months ago, the height of the credit boom, I couldnt even get £10 off a Seamaster in the same shop, but they did try and up sell me to a Breitling...
