I don't tend to feel the cold as much as most people, I put this down to being raised in the north and having a fairly sugary diet. I do think your body can be conditioned for certain climates. Someone mentioned to me about blood thinning in warmer climates, not sure if that's true.

I have low blood pressure, but don't feel the cold. I do a lot of phys / rugby and am pretty well built though - maybe that's a reason?
