Ok I've moved to Modena and am one street away from the ZTL so it's €20 per day to park outside my flat..............Off I toddle to the Vigili to be told that I can have a deroga from the local council, now it's 10.45, in the council office they say that I need a P di S, minchiaaaaaaaaaaaaaa laureata all cattolica, sposata 15 anni con un Italiano, 3 figlie Italiane AND I employ over 100 people and I need a PdiS then it's 2 marche da bollo di €14,62 each and come back in 6 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God I love this country but at least they gave me a parking permit
Anyone else had this problem?

See? Il mio italiano sta migliorando (God knows if I've spelt that roght?)
If it makes you feel any better, I should be living in my nice new flat today, only I'm not, because the office is still buggering about with paperwork.
Pleased to see that you have picked up the swear words first, always a good step
