Have a very quick question which requires professional advice.

I'm on a 24 month non-compete for one of my published products I sold earlier this year, which includes Print, Web and Digital Communication for any competitor to sold Co., either working directly or indirectly with them.

I own an email marketing company which a previous print competitor has signed up to, this hosted software is publically available (via my company) meaning that we do not need any contact with our clients other than to confirm contract T&Cs + support issues with using it.

The question being, can I legally withdraw a publically available service or not allow service to commence for this company as they were/are a direct competitor to the company I sold?

Thanks in advance for the quick replies.
D.
