Does anyone here work for such a company?

Has anyone worked with any good ones?

Advice needed/required please.

Heartiest apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I have an approved list of commercial subagents that I use around the country, sat in front of me as I type...

What do you need?

They're developers...

ETA: Depending on what it is you need, a smaller local agent will usually be better than one of the big boys.

What area do you cover?

Always looking for decent local agents, I manage a lot of portfolio disposals.

No they deal with both ends of the market - they have two sections development and commercial lettings Network Space is part of Langtree and they tend to deal with the majority of the lettings but Langtree have a lot too! Depending on which area of the Uk you're looking at you want to speak to Jayne Furnival in the North West; Helen Bazzant For Hednesford, East of England and the North East and Janet for anything south of Stoke.

They are putting some pretty good deals on at the moment. Give them a ring and get some info - cant do any harm can it.

Mostly central London, but will go further afield within south east.

Have a couple coming to the market soon - Wapping, Wembley, Staines, a few more around those areas.

Which company, PM if you would prefer?

Hi there,

Cheers. Looking at potential A2 class space in central london (some hope I know) and a large chunk of land for light commercial use in the south east.

Any takers and I'd be happy to discuss?

Cheers.
