Website help please

I have a small problem with my website, and being a complete novice when it comes to web design I need some help!
My page is at www.funkynige.co.uk , but if you go there you'll see there's a 403 error. You can see me site if you go to www.funkynige.co.uk/home.htm but it would be nice if i could just send people to .co.uk rather than .co.uk/home.htm
Is this possible and how is it done?

rename your home.htm to index.htm then it should work

If its hosted on IIS you may have to name the page default.htm.

By default IIS doesn't include index.htm in the default document list and some hosts forget to add it.
