Wii driving games ?

Hi

I have recently got a wii, and have now exhausted the Sports game it came with. I am ideally looking for a driving game, possibly something to do with F1 or Touring car. The more tracks and cars the better. Any recommendations ?

Got the wrong console for that sort of thing really, there is Ferrari Challenge on it which is pretty poor, otherwise all of the racing games are on PS3 and 360.

Mario Kart is very entertaining.

Mario Cart is fabulous fun but is sort of Cartoon driving where you pretty much bump and bash your way around. I would have thought its a "must have" for a wii.
Ferrari Challenge is dire, the controls are not suited to the type of game, and is throw back to how bad some games must have been in the past.

If all you're after is a good driving sim on a console at the moment then your best bet is probably Forza 2 on the 360, Gran Turismo will doubtless be excellent, but it won't arrive on PS3 for at least a year.

I think the Wii is a great machine, but it's not serious at all....this is why I hav a 360 nestling underneath it for my serious gaming needs (mainly Forza)
